Structure editing in task pane

It is possible to add a structure to an Excel cell or to edit an existing structure of an Excel cell by using the task pane hosted editor. The task pane hosted editor can be opened by pressing a toggle button in the Ribbon. The editor is hidden if the button is "untoggled".

The task pane hosted editor is empty if nothing is selected or the selected cell does not contain a structure. The editor is also empty if more than one cell is selected and no modification is allowed in this case.

You can add a structure to an empty Excel cell if only the cell is selected.

The cell content is updated - the new structure is added to the cell - when navigating from the selected cell or closing the editor.

The task pane hosted editor shows the structure of the selected Excel cell. The selected cell is highlighted when the task pane hosted editor is active.

You can modify the existing structure in the task pane hosted editor.

The cell content is updated - the modified structure is displayed in the cell - when navigating from the selected cell or closing the editor.

A confirmation dialog can be disabled/enabled with a checkbox "Confirmation on change" in the task pane.
