Structures and other data can be copied to the clipboard from

and they can be pasted to another part of the same document/presentation/e-mail message or to a part of another document/presentation/e-mail message.

Both the Ctrl+C/Ctrl+V and the Copy Copy and Paste Paste ribbon buttons can be used for the Copy - Paste function.

 

Copy and paste single structure

  1. Select a document/presentation/e-mail message which contains a single structure.
  2. Select the single structure and press the Ctlr+C keyboard buttons.        
  3. Select an empty part of the same  document/presentation/e-mail message or select an empty part of another document/presentation/e-mail message and press Ctrl+V keyboard buttons.
  4. The structure is pasted into the selected document/presentation/e-mail message.

 

Copy and paste multiple structures with other data

  1. Select a document/presentation/e-mail message which contains a table with structures and other data.
  2. Select a table containing structures and other data and press the Ctlr+C keyboard buttons.
  3. Select an empty part of the same  document/presentation/e-mail message or select an empty part of another document/presentation/e-mail message and press Ctrl+V keyboard buttons.
  4. The table with structures and other data is pasted into the selected document/presentation/e-mail message.

 

Structure format (Image or OLE) is kept in above described cases. You can repeat the above steps with using Copy instead of Ctrl+C and using Paste instead of Ctrl+V.

 

Copying from Excel and pasting to Excel, PowerPoint, Word or Outlook, the original settings specified in the starting Excel sheet in Structure Display Options will be kept after pasting as well. Local structure display settings will be applied only after editing the structures in PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
